Westcity Corporation Plc is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, rent, or loan any information pertaining to our customers. Any information you give us is held in strict confidence and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
In order to make a purchase, we need to know your name, shipping address, email address, and Paypal data. This information allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status. We do not collect our customers' information except when you specifically give us that information. We do maintain a list of the email addresses our customers provide so we can occasionally send out promotional messages that may be of interest to them.
Items purchased generally (unless otherwise stated) carry a thirty day return period. If the item has been ordered in error then it can be returned providing that the item is sealed in it's original box and arrives back to us (at the buyers cost) undamaged and in re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the eBay final payment and subsequent re-listing charges

Refunds are made upon returm of goods with seven days of receipt.
